We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out; Chosen WRD will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date. Simply, follow the directions on the back of the packing slip to return merchandise for credit. If you would like other items you may place another order through the web site or specify what items you would like in the "New Merchandise" area on the packing slip. Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip.
Free Shipping on Even Exchanges: Ordered the wrong size or color? No worries! If you need to exchange an item for the same item in different size or color, we will waive the Return Shipping!
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the original purchase. You may also return merchandise you ordered online within 15 days from the date of shipment.
